With all the branches worldwide, he has managed to adhere to government regulations, cultural differences and other challenges related to man power. OSI Group has ensured that they have management strategies that ensure that they understand the culture of the local area. The group of companies runs 50 stores in 17 countries. They are currently working on how to expand their services in China where they have two operational factories. They are also constructing another company that will boost their poultry production in China. OSI Group announced that they intend to launch seven more plants all over the world. David is also serving North American Meat Institute as their Chairman. For over ten years he has acted as the Independent Director of Marfrig Global Foods S.A.
